How to Increase Sales Without Increasing Clientele

Increase sales without increasing clientele? Nonsense.

Or is it?

You may have heard me refer to the difference between customers and clients, if not, here’s what I mean:

  • Customers may be someone who purchases a product, possibly a service from you once maybe twice.
  • A client, however, is someone who continues to utilize your products or services on a regular or semi-regular basis and which you can’t help but develop a relationship with. It’s simply the evolution of a reoccurring customer.
  • Clients, therefore, are repeat customers who have discovered the value of your products and services.

Cultivating relationships with existing customers and turning them into clients is a simple way you can increase your sales. Most of the time it will start with an increase it quantity.

Cultivating relationships with existing client and turning them into fans – those customers /clients who can’t stop raving about how amazing you are and simply will not shop elsewhere – is how you increase your sales through quality. This segment of your audience will buy virtually anything from you because you’ve made them a believer.

Increasing sales without increasing clientele? Makes perfect sense.
